Running is one of my favorite types of exercises, as well as interests. It helps me to relieve stress. It also helps me to stay active and helps me maintain my figure. I try to run at least one mile every day. I even took an aerobics class this past semester. During the class I learned new cardio exercises, how to make a workout plan, and I even reduced my mile time speed.
Another hobby I enjoy includes painting, drawing, or anything which includes artistic ability. My love for art began when I was just three years old my mothere has told me. It is also a great stress reliever. It helps me express my feelings in ways that not everyone understands. I love seeing the beauty of a finished project.
